 Description Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for account payable and account receivables, bank reconciliation
  • Assist in updating Cash Book – daily basis
  • Proper maintenance of accounting records and filing with completeness of supporting documents
  • Prepare and verify payment, cheques issuing PO and petty cash voucher
  • Prepare debit and credit notes and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and adherence to accounting standards
  • Assist in day to day operation of the Accounts Department

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years related working experience, preferably with direct exposure in retail and fresh graduates encouraged apply for this position
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Disciplined & good work attitude
