Job Scopes:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and development,training, compensations and benefits matters
  • Develop and implement HR policy and procedures, including wages and salary structure, claimand pay policies, bonus and increment standard
  • Manage full spectrum of payroll process and monthly claim. Review payroll reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly EPF, SOCSO and PCB submissions
  • Oversee office administrative matters
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Responsible for applying and manage foreign labours working permits and passes
  • Ready for ad-hock tasks assigned by the Management tim-to-time


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management orequivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Preferable manager specialized in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • Experience in talent sourcing and development is an added advantage
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Excellent people management, interpersonal communication, negotiation and reporting skills
  • Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu

  • 熟悉马来西亚就业法和劳动法
  • 优秀的人事管理,人际沟通,谈判和报告能力
  • 能够用英语,中文和马来语沟通
