 Description Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist in handling & performing of general administrative tasks & communication including attend to incoming calls, inquires & customer complaints
  • Preparation of letter and memo
  • Assist in handling incoming calls
  • Ensure proper filling for easy retrieval
  • Data entry and maintenance the filling system and documents
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • To ensure HR policy, company rules and regulations is well maintained
  • Responds promptly to all communications, including calls and emails
  • Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Candidates must possess at least a diploma and above in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as extensive training shall be provided
  • Required language(s) English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Hardworking and able to multi-tasking
  • Computer literacy, Knowledge in Ms Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • For candidates who can start immediately only
  • Preferably age below 28
  • Permanent position
