Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for all aspect of accounting functions including GL, CB,AP, AR etc.
  • GST compliance preparation & submission.
  • Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company’s financial.
  • Preparation of accounting documents eg. PV, cheques, reconciliations,accounts receivable/payables etc.
  • Data entry into computerized accounting system and filing.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager from the time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with general Accounting (GL, Account Receivable, Account Payable)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software.
  • Mature, pro-active, resourceful and be able to assist in handling of multi-disciplinary works within a project and take additional responsibilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
  • Possess good working attitude, willing to learn.
  • Immediate vacancy.
