  •          处理采购订单,交货单,发票和任何其他所需的相关文档
  •          负责及时输入库存变动交易和记录
  •          管理日常办公室文书工作
  •          执行文书职责,如应答电话,电子邮件,备案,文档和问题计费
  •          在需要时协助上级指派的任何其他职责


  •          拥有至少SPM /“O"Level 或以上水平
  •          拥有文书/行政经验或同等学历者将优先考虑
  •          语言:中文和英语(口述与书写)
  •          拥有基本电脑知识(Microsoft WordExcel
  •          能够独立工作,有良好的人际关系
  •          六天工作制(周日期间休息,周末需上班)

  • Processing purchasing orders, delivery orders, invoices and any other relevant documentations that are require
  • Responsible for timely entry stock movement transactions and records
  • Manage daily office administration
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering calls, email, filing, documentation and issue billing
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by superior when needed


  • Minimum SPM / “O" Level / Diploma or above level in any field
  • Preferably candidates specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent
  •  Languages: Chinese,& English (both spoken & written) is required for this position
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
  • 6 days work week (Off day on Weekdays, required to work on weekends)
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
