Scope of Position

  • Support business operations decisions
  • Support overall P&L portfolio
  • Drive the Human Resource operations

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
  • Negotiating leasing deals with malls, closing and opening locations to maximize profit margin
  • Support the General Manager in company cost management and revenue generation
  • Support the General Manager in representing ZOOMOOV in handling regional partnerships with franchisees, and key accounts that support the business development strategy
  • Support the General Manager in weekly and monthly meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Interview outlet candidates such as Store Managers, Service Leaders, and Service Ambassadors
  • Support the General Manager to work closely with Zoomoov Singapore to ensure local business operations align with global business strategy
  • Train and develop team members to grow with the organization
  • Maintain HR and Operations Budget, streamlining processes as necessary for effective cost management
  • Ensure all team members at the storefront are trained in all ZOOMOOV Standard Operating Procedures to upkeep our service promise and brand image
  • Liaising with suppliers to maintain sufficient inventory, adequate and accurate recording
  • for store operations efficiency and managing maintenance team

Job Descriptions:
Required Skills and Qualifications
  •  At least 5 years of people management experience with at least 3 years at senior management level
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Proven track record and strong ability to lead customer service related companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Extensive experience in negotiating business deals, company expansion and launching new products and services, foresight of business trends and driving overall P&L portfolio
  • Excellent communication & team work skills; able to interact with management and varied levels in the organization
  • Has the ability to succeed in a matrix-type and diverse organization
