Scope of Position
  • Drive and execute business operations decisions by the leadership team
  • Manage, maintain, and drive performance of store managers, assistant store managers, and service ambassadors
  • Support the Human Resource operations Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in company cost management and revenue generation
  • Source, Interview, and Select outlet candidates such as Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Service Ambassadors
  • Lead the Onboarding, Orientation, and On-Job- Training of Store Managers,Assistant Store Managers, and Service Ambassadors
  • Learn and apply the Onboarding, Orientation, and On-Job- Training from HQ (Singapore) to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
  • Provide constant training, development, and career prospects to rank and file colleagues to grow within the organization
  • Support and maintain HR and Operations Budget, streamlining processes as necessary for effective cost management
  • Ensure all rank and file colleagues are trained in all ZOOMOOV Standard Operating Procedures to upkeep our service promise and brand image
  • Ensure all rank and file colleagues follow operational procedures to ensure that we work with the highest level of integrity to protect our ZOOMOOV company
  • Liaising with headquarters to maintain sufficient inventory, adequate and accurate recording for store operations efficiency
  • Work together with the maintenance team to ensure that all outlets are running in optimal conditions for customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of people management experience is preferred
  • New graduates can apply as well
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Proven track record and strong ability to lead customer service related companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication & team work skills; able to interact with management and varied levels in the organization
  • Has the ability to succeed in a matrix-type and diverse organization
