Job Responsibilities:

Client Management
  • - Partner with clients for problem solve and define the candidate identification strategy for each role
  • - Focus on business development and manage effective relationships with existing clients and develop a good and clear understanding of their requirement

Candidate Management
  • - Advertising positions, reviewing applications and searching database for relevant candidates
  • - Supporting in the verification of candidates at all levels by sourcing, pre-screening and matching candidate profiles
  • - Managing and communicating effectively with the candidates through the verification cycle, while educating them on the clients’ objectives as well
  • - Creating and documenting candidate profiles to send shortlist candidates to the client within the agreed time frame

Job Requirement:
  • - Minimum Degree’s Holder
  • - People-oriented. Candidate must be passionate to meet new people.
  • - Excellent communication skill. Candidate must able to talk fluently to all range of people.
  • - Able to speak English & Malay language
