Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand market share and build sales pipelines through effective cold calling and business meetings with potential new clients
  • Provide strategic consulting advice through competent business engagements with mid to senior level managers
  • Handle the whole cycle of recruitment activities from initial cold calling to arranging interviews to case closure
  • Partner multinational clients in delivering corporate talent sourcing services
  • Build and maintain business networks with both clients and candidates
  • Develop own sales teams and set directions to achieve corporate goals

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in any field
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Confident communicator, both verbal and written
  • Excellent team player & possess strong leadership skills
  • Possess high initiatives and is self-motivated
  • Accountable and trustworthy
