Responsibilities:-

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks
  • Perform clerical duties, answering calls, email, filing, documentation, issue billing
  • Assist in accounting documentation tasks
  • Responsible for monitoring and assisting in daily operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed by superiors

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM and above level in any field
  • Candidates with experience in related field will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English (both Written and Spoken)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office-Excel & Word)

Working Location: Magna Prima Boulevard Business Park, KL
