Responsibilities

  • Day to day customer service operation to support the pre& post Sale/Shipment functions.
  • Responsible for the entire order life cycle (quote submission, order processing and billing) while providing support to the account team and associated client base.
  • Provide Quote to customers - consumables
  • Order Entry and customer backlog management through systematic reviewing and addressing all backlog issues to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Support and drive the requirements generated by Customers.
  • Optimize inventory level to reduce excess  stock
  • Coordinate and support the sales, operation and other departments in relation to pre & after sales activities.
  • Maintain activity report for month reporting
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Preferably a Diploma in Science/Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer service capacity or equivalent.
  • Must have attention to details, accurate data entry skills and multi-tasks capabilities.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Office Applications- especially Excel
  • Science degree with 1- 2 years working experience
