- Attend to incoming calls and route massages appropriately.
- Greet and attend to all walk-in visitors and customers professionally.
- Receive and record incoming mail and distribute to relevant department.
- Handling all outgoing mail through various channel efficient.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception area.
- Assist in general office administration duties and any other task assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in related field.
- Knowledge if telephone etiquette and technique, typing skills, administration concepts, techniques and principles.
- Ability to apply knowledge if administration and multi tasking skills.
