 Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • act as custodian of Energy Drink to ensure correct brand usage of trademarks and correct application of brand positioning and communicating for a consistent message
  • assist to lead development of brand strategies and direction, leading to the formulation of brand plans, e.g. ATL/ BTL activities, product, pricing, packaging & distribution, etc.
  • activate agreed brand plans in a timely and effective manner, and make adjustment as the situation required based on understanding of internal resources, competitive scene, etc.
  • monitor volume performance, track DME, product development projects, brand health indicators to stay focus on agreed target
  • evaluate key measures that determine the success of programs vs brand objectives
  • motivate and guide assigned assistant (if any) and agencies to work effectively in a partnership to ensure team's commitment to the success of the brand
  • any other ad-hoc project assigned

Requirement:
  • preferably degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or it equivalent
  • min. 3 years marketing experience, preferably from FMCG environment
  • good understading in consumer marketing, e.g. advertising media, research, product supply chain, etc
  • able to work extra time or weekends if there is any events
