 Description Job Descriptions:
  • Ensure environmental, safety, industrial hygiene compliance based on national government and local agencies regulations through periodic review of laws and regulations and communicating internal requirements and policies. 
  • Responsible for the conduct of EHS buy-off, audits, and workplace environment surveys and laboratory analysis, including preparation and submission of periodic reports to management and government agencies. 
  • Ensure the efficient & safe operation and maintenance of Waste Water & Sewage Treatment Plant Laboratory to support Zero Notice of Violations goal of the company.
  • Provides technical assistance regarding completing reports and permits applications for government agencies, internal and external customers.
  • Establishes and implements safety compliance programs; promoting state-of the-art safe and healthful work practices for the protection of personnel, physical assets, and production operations.
  • Supports EHS Section manager drive compliance on all department.
  • Drive Safety Culture in the factory.
  • Establishes and implements full scope industrial hygiene programs to prevent occupational disease. 
  • Interfaces with management at all level regarding health hazard evaluations and control methods;
  • Directs day to day activities of outsource Lab Tech to ensure effective and safe maintenance and operation of Waster Water/Sewage Treatment Plant laboratory.
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvement including optimization of plans & programs.
  • Comply with all requirements set forth by Corporate, internal/external auditors, government and internal regulations using in-house and external resources.
Job Requirements:

  • BS Engineering or Physical Sciences Degree
  • At least 4-5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
  • Basic understanding of safety engineering requirements for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and physical hazards;  
  • Basic knowledge of environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene regulations and policies;  
  • Has ability to participate in a cross-functional team environment; effective analytical and problem solving skills;  
  • Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;  
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully, strong emphasis on measure
