The Company was incorporated on 13 March 1996 under the name of Euco Iron Limited and commenced operations in 1966. On 19 February 1979, the Company changed its name to Euco Metals Sdn Bhd. It subsequently changed its name to Rohas-Euco Industries Sdn Bhd on 28 March 1994 and was converted into a public limited company on 4 May 1994 when it assumed its present name, Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd. Over the years, Rohas-Euco Group has provided proven solutions to multi national clients in projects requiring high degree of engineering expertise. Award of projects from leading technological and quality demanding clients and internationally renowned names proves the stringent priority in terms of quality, innovation, and costs that is put into the Group's products. In Malaysia, the Group has been highly involved in the steel lattice structures for power transmission towers and substation sector, telecommunications sector and related project works on engineering, water tank panels and related installation works.
