Work Location : Selangor - Shah Alam (Head Office)
Salary: RM6000-RM7000
Job Purpose:
To lead the deployment of the Operating Model processes & systems within their function.
Create & maintain the detailed deployment plan for their function and track progress against the functional plan, escalate risks and issues as necessary
Support the creation of the business case by providing functional knowledge and expertise
Train functional teams on the Operating Model processes & systems for their function and work with the functional teams to localise any interim processes needed to manage the business during deployment
Plan and execute any in-country testing of processes and/or systems, co-ordinate process/system pilots, supporting end-users with the execution of the pilots
Roll-out the change to functional team and provide support to the end-users as they familiarise themselves with the new ways of working by providing continuous two-way feedback between the deployment teams and the functional team
