Sales Executive/Bid Manager

Work Location : Selangor

Salary: ****

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to determine requirements, planning timescales and the resources needed, analysing problems, making recommendations, developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems
In-charge of allotted Bids/Sales opportunity and ensures the Bids are submitted on time and subsequent follow up until closure
Liaise and work with other subject-matter-experts to draw up the bid/proposal
Travelling to customer sites, where necessary; maintaining contact with client organisations
Preparing documentation and presenting solutions to customers
Interact and coordinate with other internal groups and stakeholders including partners and vendor

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent..
Experience in Bids/proposal preparation would be an added advantage
Experience in Vendor/Partner management would be a distinct advantage
Good oral presentation skills
Fluent in English - a very important requirement
Good computer skills in the MS Office suite would be desired
For the junior position: Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
For the senior position : At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
