Responsibilities:
To be the 'friendly face' of IKEA through the meeting, greeting andanswering of customer enquiries at the beginning of the shopping experience so creating a positive lasting impression of IKEA.
To be responsible for resolving visitors and customers issues in a timely,polite, professional and helpful manner at all time and informing customers of options and finding acceptable solutions so reinforcing apossitive lasting impression of IKEA.
To ensure that all customers cases are completed accurately so creating customer satisfaction and supporting customer return visits.
To provide customers with information on products and servcies includingfeatures, benefits and availability.To adhere to inventory control procedures.
To accurately complete spare parts requests.To be responsible to for utlising available resources to educate yourselfon product features.
To be aware of and able to clearly communicate the IKEA returns policy,no nonsense guarantee and pricing policy to customers and otherco-workers.
To implement the timely and efficient response to and resolution of customer issues through the development of empowered Co workers who make decisions with the customer and store in mind.
To be aware of and contribute towards the control of costs relating to customer compensation.
Requirements
Good communication skills & computer literate.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is an advantage.
Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
