Handle inbound calls regarding enquiries, complaints and disputes.
Providing first call resolution.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya.
Applicants must be willing to work on rotating shift
Shift and traveling alowance will be provided
Possess good communication skills in English and BM
