Management Trainee (Fruits & Vegetables) and (Meats & Seafoods)
Work Location : Selangor - Klang Valley
Responsibilities:
To ensure that stores display the fresh produce as per the planogram instilled by the Fresh Market Category Managers.
Responsible to inspect and determine that only quality and fresh stock are displayed and sold in the stores.
Set up the entire Fruits & Vegetables and Meats & Seafoods department for new stores and also to revamp existing stores with new ideas or standards if necessary.
To investigate,analyze, recommend and resolve any quality,sales,profitability and issues and to ensure that the departments or stores achieve its sales and profit targets.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate posses a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Related experiences in Fresh Markets are encourage to apply.
Able to instills creativity into item display,energetic and highly motivated.
Display excellent problem solving skills in resolving urgent and important matters.
Must be prepared to travel extensively for either long or short postings and willing to work on long hours,weekends and public holidays.
Able to write simple English and report will do.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has the aptitude for hardwork.
