Management Trainees
Work Location : Selangor - Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
This position is to provide relevant work exposure for the candidate to assume a future role in our organization.
There is an opportunity to be a retail expertise both in operations and management.

You will undergo an intensive 3+3 induction programme covering the principles of operation and management that we will train you the business strategy and groom you to the future Hyper General Manager.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen age between 18 to 35 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Interested candidates with SPM holder or certificate with at least 1 year of retail experience is welcome to apply.
Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Mobile and willing to relocate within Malaysia.
Able to work long hours and irregular hours, i.e. public holidays and shift work.
